You could also try while your ingame to enable advanced super sampling filter to see if you prefer the picture. weather quality to middle and all other settings to max. my in game settings are ,reflection quality: high, shadow textures to High, shadow quality: ultra, mirror distance -quality, -resolution all to middle, smaa off, normal mapping off, predestrations off. for me the game runs best on 90hz with 300% SteamVR Supersampling with promods and 400-500% without promods. i would suggest to try to open the ETS2 config.cfg (with word pad or notepad++ or whatever) in your documents folder\Euro Truck Simulator 2, find and set interleaved_reprojection to "1" so that the game runs at half framrate and let the steamvr's motion smoothing do the rest. I have also an 2080ti with 32gb ram and an 4790k.
